Halo 3 Co-Op Heads Offline

While a two-player co-op mode has been confirmed for Halo 3 (player two assumes the role of the Arbiter) it looks like it'll be available in LAN or split-screen only as Bungie struggles to get the mode running over Xbox Live.

WEAK! There's a little less than 11 weeks left til launch and Bungie is struggling with online co-op? Um durr, knock on Epic's door and ask them to for help. Their drop-in/drop-out co-op is awesome in Gears of War.
