6.0mp, 10x optical zoom.. long story short: my mom specifically asked me to give her my digital camera for her birthday [having broke hers, and liking the whole lcd-flipping deal mine has]. so what's the obvious thing to do? replacement, of course. i get a new toy, she gets her birthday wish, everybody's happy ;)oh and i found it online for 130$ under retail, too.
and 10x zoom is COOL. heheh

HOT! I'm thinking about a DV cam but maybe I should get that DVD cam shown on Geeks...
yeah, after playing for the last few, i've noticed its about the size of the tiny dv cams.. it *does* shoot movies too, but not very high quality. if the momz didn't force her hand [kinda, ok, i'm weak also], that was probably the direction i would've gone. [video blogs?]
