ladies and gentlemen, thanks to the folks at Maxim Online, I've found the next culinary disaster that i just *have* to try: hailing from New York, NY, Ditch Plain's Ditch Dog.
Pictures forthcoming, sometime. whenever we get around to it.. doesn't look all that elaborate. [definitely no "michigan caviar".]
hm. hot dogs just seem like an easy target for these kind of franken-foods.. anyone got any different ideas? remember the fat darrell?

he'll be here all night, folks. try the veal.. he *is* the chef, after all ;)
and postscript: made it tonight.. nothing to write home about. [or a full post, for that matter.] brief "that's not right" on the use of pasta as an additional cheese delivery medium, but otherwise.. salt + sweet on a crispy bun.. s'all good. 2.5 out of 5.
